Meet Clyde!

A technologist and pioneer of domain-specific AI, Clyde operates at the forefront of applying foundational models to modernize the aerospace and energy sectors. With more than 15 years of experience building advanced systems across commercial and national security domains, he brings the future-forward technical vision essential to Qorify’s mission of unlocking an agile design paradigm for nuclear energy.

Clyde's Journey

Clyde’s career began in the high-velocity world of interactive computing, serving as Lead Game Developer at Scientifically Proven Entertainment. There, he published seven cross-platform titles and mastered high-performance computation under a relentless constraint: real-time responsiveness at scale. To meet the demands of a global gaming community, he developed deep expertise in parallel processing, optimization, and system architecture—skills that would soon prove vital in far more consequential domains.

Seeking greater impact, Clyde transitioned to the national security sector as a Technical Manager at Maxar Technologies. In this role, he applied his high-performance computing background to some of the nation’s most sensitive Earth-observation assets. He transformed complex algorithms into real-time analytic capabilities, turning raw satellite imagery into actionable intelligence leveraged directly by senior U.S. defense leadership. This work required operating in true no-fail conditions, where speed, accuracy, and reliability were mission-critical.

His expertise expanded further at Orbital Effects, where he served as Vice President of Software Development. Leading teams at the frontier of big data, high performance compute, and AI, Clyde architected products that fundamentally changed how the national security sector consumes space-based data. His leadership was instrumental in delivering AI-enabled capabilities that moved insights from orbit to the warfighter at unprecedented speeds.

This trajectory culminated in the founding of his first startup, Visto360. As CTO, Clyde built domain-specific foundational AI to enable scalable, real-time exploitation of radar data at the edge. He pioneered the integration of these models with high-performance edge computing, enabling the conversion of raw data into actionable insights directly on-orbit, delivering a technological leap in operational support to the warfighter.

Now, Clyde brings this unique technical pedigree to his second startup, Qorify. As the technical lead behind RxQore, he is building the foundational AI platform that redefines how advanced reactors are designed, analyzed, and validated. His ability to fuse large-scale computation with real-time systems uniquely positions him to realize Qorify’s goal: collapse nuclear design cycles from months to minutes.

Clyde holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Advancing Technology. Known for his hands-on leadership and relentless drive to overcome technical barriers, he builds systems where performance is not a luxury, but a requirement.
